As a Social Worker with a focus on empowerment, I’d like to challenge you with this: accepting that where you are at doesn’t mean you are meant to stay put. It is in fact the perfect time for you to identify who your ideal self is, what parts of your life could use an edit and if there is in fact more potential in your career or is it actually time to make a career change. And by that, I mean not just your mind but also your body. As a certified Health Coach, we can make that mind-body connection. Empowerment coaching is forming a dynamic partnership with my clients and helping them to achieve a state of well-being, confidence and business success. The connection between coach and client is intimate. As your coach I am privy to your vulnerabilities and successes. It is this type of trusting relationship that allows us to forge ahead towards attainable and challenging goals. There will always be recommendations to put into action until the next session. And, in addition to the sessions she will provide you with books, materials, recipes, and emails/texts that will enhance the changes you are making. Much of the program is driven by you and no two programs are the same.

The Programs

During the session, we will review your history and begin to establish your goals. We will discuss a potential plan for how to work towards achieving them. This session is a perfect kick-start especially if you are new to coaching or you’re seasoned, but in need of renewed motivation. Together we will establish your goals, discuss potential obstacles, and work together to create a plan of action for achieving those goals.
1-MONTH PROGRAM
A four week commitment that will include a weekly 45 minute session, email exchanges, and more tricks of the trade to support the kick-off to your new journey.

3-MONTH PROGRAM
Three months allows us a timeframe to establish solid long-term habits. You will see dramatic changes with your health and happiness with this program. We will explore your relationships, careers goals, exercise patterns/routines, spirituality and how all of these greatly impact you.

Here is the lifetime change. As your personal coach I am also the ultimate cheerleader.

I have curated a specific, action-oriented program that is aimed to teach you new skills and inspire you to work out of your comfort zone and towards change. The workshops are designed in three formats and can be customized to fit your needs.

Colette Lettieri prides herself on incorporating her success as a social worker and self-proclaimed ‘health and fitness nut’ to better service her clients and helps them become the best version of themselves. Colette is a proponent of a fully customized health plan. She understands why a certain diet can be advantageous for one client and detrimental for another. As an athlete her entire life, Colette uses her competitive mindset as a tool to better motivate and encourage her clients as they improve their health and fitness. Her passion is to help her clients build an image to not only be proud of but to embrace when looking in a mirror.
Being of the mindset that setting short term attainable goals will result in long term positive life changes is the underlying premise that Colette uses as the underpinning for each client.
