Colette Lettieri has one goal in mind and that is to empower her clients to be the ultimate version of themselves on the outside and in. Colette has the expertise and capability to prepare you to confidently excel in your everyday life.
Colette Lettieri prides herself on incorporating her success as a social worker and self-proclaimed ‘health and fitness nut’ to better service her clients and helps them become the best version of themselves. She holds a Masters in Special Education, a Masters Degree in Social Work and is a certified Health Coach. Colette is a proponent of a fully customized health plan and is highly knowledgeable in every diet ranging from vegan to paleo to ketogenic but more importantly understands why a certain diet can be advantageous for one client and detrimental for another. Her first-hand fitness experiences span everything from barre workouts to rowing to Peloton and everything in between. As an athlete her entire life, Colette uses her competitive mindset as a tool to better motivate and encourage her clients as they improve their health and fitness. Her passion is to help women build an image to not only be proud of but to embrace when looking in a mirror.
Being of the mindset that setting short term attainable goals will result in long term positive life changes is the underlying premise that Colette uses as the underpinning for each client. A straightforward conversation about health history and a client’s ambitions are what set the tone for the individually planned process of making each client a healthier and fitter version of their current self.
As the body transforms and takes on a fitter and healthier form, self-confidence tends to increase. Colette is always working toward empowering individuals to be the ultimate version of themselves.
Working with Colette
All of Colette’s programs are designed around the concept of bioindividuality. She will work towards methods of achieving your goals, your needs, and a pace you are comfortable working at.
There will always be recommendations to put into action until the next session. And, in addition to the sessions she will provide you with books, materials, recipes samples and emails/texts that will enhance the changes you are making. Much of the program is driven by you and no two programs are the same.
During the session, we will review your health history and begin to establish your goals. We will discuss a potential plan for how to work towards achieving them. This session is a perfect kick-start especially if you are new to health coaching or you’re a seasoned clean eater but in need of renewed motivation. Together we will establish your goals, discuss potential obstacles, and work together to create a plan of action for achieving those goals.
A four week commitment that will include a weekly 45 minute session, email exchanges, recipe shares and more tricks of the trade to support the kick-off to your new journey of a healthy life-style.
If you are confused on what to eat or the correct exercises? Or need help with understanding the best ways to alter recipes to accommodate your own food preferences or allergies? Have a plateau you can’t seem to kick? This plan is great if you have a few questions that can be answered within the month. Working together allows for a great leap towards your goals and I can help to motivate you on your personalized journey to a healthy lifestyle!
This program will not only help you to finally lose the weight you can’t get off, it will give you the knowledge of what to eat for your body for increased results. Three months allows us a timeframe to establish solid long-term habits. You will see dramatic changes with your health and happiness with this program. We will explore your relationships, careers goals, exercise patterns/routines, spirituality and how all of these greatly impact your food plates as well. It’s time to dig deeper and get greater results.
