Colette Lettieri, LMSW, MSED and Certified Health Coach. Colette graduated from Holy Child High School in Rye, NY in 1993.  She then went on to attend The State University of New York at Albany where she completed a four year degree with a major in Psychology and Education in 1997. Immediately following graduation she was accepted to Bank Street College of Education in New York City and received a Masters in Special Education in 2000. After years in front of the classroom she went back to being a student at Stony Brook University in New York and completed as Masters of Social Work in 2007. And finally, after a number of years in private practice she completed a certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2011. In the years to follow she has written her own curriculum to empower her clients to succeed through specific life challenges. Her focus on connecting the mind and body has proven to be a great success.
